Design and Implementation of Question Answering System in Smart Community

Abstract:
In recent years, the construction of smart communities has been in full swing. However, at present, the overall framework of smart community is still lacking in innovative and user-friendly design. In order to solve the problem, we have developed an intelligent question answering system that can look after the elderly, serve residents and improve the efficiency of community management. The core algorithm of our system is composed of two modules of question answering matching and emotion analysis. The question answering matching module has great advantages over the small-scale domain specific corpus, and the extended question matching database can match user questions comprehensively and accurately, which improves the accuracy of intelligent question answering system. The sentiment analysis module reasonably models the speaker's emotion dynamic rules and establishes a timing analysis and processing mechanism, which has high efficiency and can effectively judge the psychological state of the elderly and timely feedback, greatly improving the quality of community care service.
