Abstract:
The optical system of infrared camera has low temperature and is sensitive to the change of space heat flow. The space thermal environment of IGSO is complex. In order to meet the special requirements of low-temperature optics for thermal environment, complex attitude adjustment is required, which increases the difficulty of space heat flow analysis Infrared camera has high requirements and difficult thermal design. It is necessary to accurately simulate space heat flow and carry out effective ground thermal test to verify the correctness of thermal control design. According to the characteristics of an IGSO orbital space infrared camera and the variation law and characteristics of external heat flow of each part, this paper puts forward the corresponding external heat flow simulation method based on electric heater to solve the problem of space heat flow simulation of high orbit infrared camera.
