Abstract:
The ejector performance of the steam ejector in the exhaust steam heating system of a thermal power plant is very low. In order to improve the ejection performance of the steam ejector, this paper uses Fluent software to carry out a 3D numerical simulation of the internal flow field of the steam ejector, by using the single factor variable method, under the condition that other structures remain unchanged, by studying the influence of the structure of each part of the nozzle and the mixing chamber on the ejection performance, so that the steam ejector can work in a structure with stable operation and low energy loss. The research results show that the ejection performance of the steam ejector is closely related to the shock wave changes in the mixing chamber, and there are optimal parameter values for the nozzle and each part of the mixing chamber structure to maximize the ejection coefficient.
