Abstract:
With the rapid development of μ country's manufacturing industry, the technical manufacturing level of agricultural machinery continues to improve, but there are still some problems waiting to be resolved. Under the premise of ensuring the efficiency of tractor operation, this research explores the related aspects of tractor mechanical transformation and innovation based on behavior analysis, and achieves the expected optimization goal with this purpose. It focuses on analyzing the relationship between driver behavior and the tractor cab. Through behavior primary and secondary task analysis method and dynamic element extraction method, the tractor driver’s boarding behavior and driving operation actions are studied. The lens is used to decompose the driver's behavior, and the key action elements are extracted to achieve behavior optimization. Finally, conduct behavior integration and optimization according to the TRIZ principle, summarize the shortcomings of the existing tractor machinery manufacturing design, and provide guidelines for innovative design. According to the results of behavior analysis, a new innovative design plan is given, and its feasibility is verified by CATIA software. The research results show that the introduction of behavior analysis into the design of tractor machinery and equipment will activate the innovative vitality of traditional agricultural machinery and provide systematic guidance for the design of existing agricultural machinery.
