Abstract:
For flexible flow shop scheduling problem (FFSP), a multi-objective shop scheduling model is established considering economic indicators and energy saving indicators, and an improved NGSA-Ⅱis proposed to solve multi-objective FFSP. The improved NGSA-Ⅱuses population initialization strategy based on objective preference and adaptive crossover and mutation operators. The population initialization strategy based on objective preference generates an initial population that is more in line with the decision maker's preference for the beginning of the algorithm. This improvement makes the final solution set more practical. The adaptive crossover and mutation operators change dynamically with evolution times, which makes the algorithm avoid falling into local optimum. Finally, the validity and feasibility of the model and algorithm is verified by standard examples and actual cases.
