Research on Elevator Door Opening Force Tester

Abstract:
Elevator door opening force is an important safety index of elevator. In the safety specification for elevator manufacturing and installation, there are clear requirements for elevator door opening force. The opening force shall not be too large or too small. Too large or too small do not meet the requirements, so that there are potential safety hazards in the use of the elevator.so the elevator shall be subject to standard inspection before use and during daily maintenance and overhaul. During the detection of elevator door opening force, in order to quantitatively judge whether the elevator door opening force meets the standard requirements, the relevant force value parameters required in the standard terms must be accurately measured. When common measuring instruments are used, they are mostly hand-held. During measurement, it is easy to cause measurement error, increase the workload of maintenance personnel and reduce the work efficiency of maintenance personnel. This paper studies an elevator door opening force tester, which can reduce the measurement error of the measuring instrument and greatly improves the detection efficiency of inspectors when detecting the elevator door opening force. After verification, it is found that it is worth popularizing and using in the follow-up inspection work.
