Research on Anti-Shake and Image Stabilization Control Strategy of Handheld Aiming Device

Abstract:
Aiming at the optical image stabilization system of hand-held viewing equipment with slide like structure based on threepoint ball contact plane bearing, the control strategy of anti-shake image stabilization and the modeling method of system dynamics were analyzed. The frequency domain characteristic data of the controlled object were obtained by frequency sweeping of chirp signal, and the accurate transfer function model identification was carried out. In addition, based on the accurate transfer function model of the controlled object, a composite control strategy of generalized PI tracking controller, phase compensation controller and disturbance observer (DOB) was designed. Finally, the effectiveness of the image stabilization system on shake elimination was verified by the test. The results suggested that the image stabilization control strategy greatly improves the dynamic response characteristics of the system while ensuring the stability and strong robustness of the system, with a shake isolation degree against X axis and Y axis of 90.25 % and 92.1% respectively.
