Abstract:
The oil tank shell of locomotive is a typical deep drawing part, and its quality directly affects the safety performance of locomotive. In order to ensure the high safety of parts and further shorten the design time, the forming limit diagram and thickness change diagram are obtained by numerical simulation of parts with DYNAFORM software, and the parameters such as blank holder force and stamping speed are optimized. Combined with process analysis and numerical simulation results, the structure of drawing die is designed. This can greatly improve the efficiency of die design, reduce the cost and have obvious economic benefits.
