Abstract:
For the closed shaft elevator, especially the outdoor elevator without machine room with transparent glass shaft, because the shaft is closed and has no ventilation system, under the environment of high temperature, rainy, dusty and windy, after the sunshine in summer, the heat is transferred to the shaft, and the heat generated by the driving host, control cabinet, car air conditioner on the car roof and other heating equipment is discharged into the shaft. At this time, the hot air rises, and the upper temperature of the shaft cannot be dispersed in time. Its maximum temperature is much higher than the requirement that the air temperature in the machine room or machine equipment room should be kept between 5 ℃ and 40 ℃ specified in TSG 7001-2009. It is easy to cause accidents such as excessive working temperature in the shaft, resulting in electric elevator crash and failure, equipment damage and elevator trap. This paper designs a heat dissipation device for closed shaft elevator. The heat dissipation device has the advantages of good heat dissipation effect, high efficiency and energy saving, convenient installation and wide application.
