Research on the optimization of the hinge point position of the rock drilling rig's working device based on ADAMS

Abstract:
In order to improve the force of the working devices’hinge point, a virtual prototype model is established based by Adams, and the virtual prototype model is rooted in a certain model of rock drilling rig. Various performance indicators are met, the construction conditions are analyzed, the load conditions of each important oil cylinder are obtained. Design and implement prototype test, and compare and analyze test data, the accuracy of the model are proved naturally. The force of the key cylinder is used as the optimization target, an optimization plan for the layout of key hinge points has been formed. The key cylinder forces are compared before and after optimization, the maximum force of the key cylinders has been confirmed to decrease, the percentages of decrease are 27.1%, 27%, 29.7%, 28.6%, the average force has been confirmed to decrease under multiple working conditions, and the decrease percentages are 31.8%, 32%, 33%, and 23.1% respectively. The purpose of improving the force condition of the working device has been achieved.
