Abstract:
In view of the current characteristics of large size, many parts and complex structure of military products, enterprises urgently need to develop visual assembly process design, 3DAST was used as a platform to study the 3D visual assembly process design of an artillery ammunition transmission mechanism. The 3DAST software was used to manage the assembly structure tree, plan the assembly process and output the assembly simulation to complete the 3D visualization assembly process design and verification of the assembly simulation. The above research method was applied to the assembly process design of a large-caliber artillery gun, which can effectively guide the production, shorten the product manufacturing cycle, reduce the assembly cost and meet the enterprise requirements.
