Abstract:
Generally speaking, inner diameter inspection is generally applied to the inspection of various industrial products. Manual measurement of the internal diameter of the rotating body has problems such as low efficiency, large error, high cost, and difficult to achieve mass detection. Therefore, based on the above considerations, it is also in order to realize the precise measurement of the internal diameter parameters of the rotating body in industrial production. This paper proposes a method of inner diameter detection based on laser three-point method. First, the laser displacement sensor is used to accurately collect the relative displacements of the three points of the rotating body and the sensor axis, and then calculate the inner diameter of the rotating body. In addition, for the eccentricity error of the measuring arm caused by the installation of the laser displacement sensor, a corresponding correction plan is proposed, which accurately improves the accuracy of the system.
