Abstract:
With the development of civil aviation, the contradiction between military and civil aviation has further intensified. Efficient management and scientific planning of airspace resources have become airspace management research focus. Based on the basic methods of developing Flexible En Route Airspace abroad, from the perspective of the economy and efficiency of airspace resource planning, we established sector boundary points layout optimization model by considering total great-circle track length and clustering distortion of planned flight. Genetic Algorithm was used to ensure that total great-circle track length and clustering distortion can obtain better solutions at the same time. Finally, with actual flights data from western region, the method is verified. Test results show that the method can be used to reduce 6.094183% trajectory distance, compared with fixed route airspace. The results demonstrate that sector boundary points layout optimization model can improve the utilization efficiency of airspace resources.
