Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of wide range and heavy tasks of oil and gas pipeline inspections and high environmental impact and low efficiency of manual inspections, an oil and gas pipeline abnormal monitoring system based on UAV Patrol have been designed and implemented. The system adopts the B/S architecture and uses UAV aerial photography, cloud platform, WebGIS and other advanced technologies to improve and perfect the existing UAV inspection system. It realize flight mission design, flight real-time supervision, historical record playback, video detection, flight anomaly management, flight data statistics and other functions. After testing, it is concluded that most of the functions of the system can run 100% successfully but the historical record playback and video detection functions have a very small probability of failure. The results show that the system is reliable and practical, which enables inspectors to effectively understand the pipeline conditions in real time, monitor abnormalities and deal with abnormalities in time. The system has important research value and significance for pipeline supervision.
