Abstract:
In order to analyze the genetic diversity of L. japonica, in the study, 31 samples were collected from different regions of Jiaodong Peninsular, Shandong Province, China. 5 pairs screened out polymorphic SSR primers were suitable for analysis 31 materials of L. Japonica, and SSR fingerprint able to exhibition the genetic diversity of 31 samples. Analysis of sequence indicated that the trnL-trnF spacer was suitable for studying the phylogenetic relationship in 27 of 31 materials. Cluster analysis showed that 27 samples from different regions could be clustered into six classes. Although the results obtained with two analytical methods in our work were not completely consistent, it could be demonstrated that L. japonica has higher genetic diversity.
