Abstract:
Epilepsy is caused by abnormal brain nerves. In order to analyze the similarities and differences of EEG signals between patients with epilepsy and normal people, this paper introduced a cross modulation algorithm. This paper analyzed the correlation between amplitude and frequency between EEG signals in various parts of the brain. The approach overcomes the limitation to complexity of the algorithm and found abnormalities in EEG signals of temporal lobe and occipital lobe.
