Abstract:
The main objective of this paper is to investigate the effect of the number of antennas and scattering geometry on the predictability of multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) channels. It is shown that the number of transmit and receive antennas has opposite effect on the predictability. It is also demonstrated, that the angular size of scattering clusters has a significant effect on the quality of the one step prediction.
