Abstract:
For more than 25 years market studies and R&D-strategies promise increasing markets and business chances on Micro-System Technologies or MEMS. Indeed we can report of many success stories and always new opportunities. But we also observed many failing approaches in the last years. Actually we can see concentrations and reorganizations in MEMS/MST companies.
