Abstract:
We demonstrate wavelength and bandwidth tunable optical filters with box-like passband shape. The wavelength tuning range is 40 nm and the 3dB-bandwidth varies from 0.2 nm to 6.0 nm. The filter shape factor defined as the ratio between 3dB- and 20dB-bandwidth reaches over 0.9.
