Abstract:
This paper gives an overview of the GMTI performance after space-time adaptive processing (STAP) of different spacebased radar systems including both monostatic and multistatic configurations. The potentials and challenges of these systems are also discussed. The GMTI performance is investigated here by means of the filter gain, the probability of target detection, the space-time characteristics, and the Cramér-Rao bound for the estimation accuracy of the azimuth position.
