Abstract:
An efficient ring modulator based on the graphene-organic platform is presented. High speed data modulation of 128 GBd is demonstrated. Our active device features a length of 50 mm and on-chip losses as low as 2 dB. The device is compatible with the silicon-on-insulator platform.
