Abstract:
We designed and fabricated a high-speed optical receiver with a 3-dB bandwidth of above 55 GHz thanks to a high-frequency and integrated design based on a flip-chip mounting technique. We achieved a 200-Gbit/s/λ 20-km transmission with the low CD penalty of 0.3 dB or less.
