Abstract:
A SHD architecture based on optical injection locking was proposed for LEO inter-satellite communications. Doppler frequency shift and laser linewidth distortion were compensated for in optical domain, allowing simplest DSP with baud rate sampling ADC and constant coefficient equalization, achieving 20~160 Gbps per wavelength transmission.
