Abstract:
The hyperbolic fractional Fourier transform (HFrFT) which is a generalized form of the fractional Fourier transform (FrFT) based on complex transform orders is introduced. The definition of continuous-time hyperbolic fractional Fourier transform (CHFrFT) is mathematically extracted. The model of the multicarrier signal based on HFrFT in the presence of a pulse train interference is expressed. Then the modification of the signal coordinates based on HFrFT and its relation to Wigner transform (WT) is discussed. The performance of the proposed transform in wireless communication systems is evaluated based on the bit error rate (BER) analysis. The simulation result shows that the HFrFT signal can combat the interference in integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) applications.
