PAZ Ciencia: Scientific Exploitation of PAZ. Current Status and Plan for future INTA SAR missions

Abstract:
PAZ Ciencia is the line of SAR scientific activities carried out by the National Institute of Aerospace Technology (INTA). The precursor to PAZ Ciencia was the launch of the Spanish satellite PAZ, which allows the provision of SAR image products that can be used by the international scientific community through specific Announcement of Opportunity. This paper summarizes the 5 years of PAZ Ciencia and presents future plans, both in the continuous line of scientific use of PAZ and in the preparation of the scientific exploitation of the future INTA mission called ECO.
