Abstract:
Highly squinted synthetic aperture radar (SAR) collects are possible with Capella Space radars. We show examples of this capability through 1) multiple swath imaging in a single pass, 2) bistatic imaging with large bistatic angles, and 3) multi-squint InSAR. Multi-swath imaging results in a three times increase in swath. Bistatic imaging with large bistatic angles reveals enhanced object imaging. Multi-swath interferometric SAR (InSAR) allow one to collect data to estimate the impact on path length through the troposphere.
