Abstract:
Tomographic analysis of low-frequency (L and P-Band) SAR data for application in forestry is a developed topic, primarily carried out using airborne data. One major benefit associated with the use of an airborne platform is operational flexibility, which also imply the possibility of providing repeated passes on an hourly basis. Examples in the literature of tomographic vertical profiling with via repeat-pass spaceborne SAR data are, currently, rather limited. In this work, we describe the results of an experiment conducted with SAOCOM L-Band SAR data over a vegetated area.
