Abstract:
This paper proposes an afordable, simple way to integrate liquid cooling structures into aluminium backside printed circuit boards (PCBs) for use in biomedical applications like CMOS Micro Electrode Arrays. Measurements show that generated heat power up to 5W can effectively be removed.
