Navigating Automatic Test Equipment Production in changing times and times of uncertainty

Abstract:
The Advantest V93000 EXA Scale(TM) Platform is presented as a technical answer to several quantitative and qualitative semiconductors consumer market requirements. To satisfy a large customers pallet, the already established V93000 Automatic Test Equipment was enhanced thanks to its scalable and extendable architecture. The developed platform as well as the Pin Scale 5000 digital instrument and the XPS256 Power supply instrument are presented.
