Ontology Design for Microelectronics with Roadmapping (Work-in-progress)

Abstract:
This paper gives an overview of recent work in applying the domain of ontology engineering to microelectronics and roadmapping. Thorough foundations apply and combine both worlds together in a digital software supported roadmap and collaborative tool. The article gives an outline of some ontology models, including a hardware core ontology and a roadmap example.
