Abstract:
Future automotive applications increasingly require specifically tailored electromechanical drive solutions to combine high power output and a compact design space while offering improved noise performance, reliability, and weight. In addition, a precise position feedback or even On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) capability are mandatory for many systems, as well as the option to either use bus communication or a direct control interface. To meet these challenging objectives, MMT who specializes in electromagnetic sensors, actuators and motors, has developed an innovative range of very flat motor technologies, designed for compact integrated actuator solutions and efficient high volume production.
