Abstract:
The paper introduces a novel scheme of radar system. Based on the scheme, we can achieve staring imaging. In this new scheme, range direction depends on pulse compression and azimuth direction uses multiple uncorrelated wavefront modulations. Under the condition of no relative motion between radar and scene, the scheme can obtain radar image with high resolution in both range direction and azimuth direction. Besides, the paper provides typical system implementation and imaging simulation result.
