Abstract:
This paper addresses signal processing for high-resolution wide-swath (HRWS) synthetic aperture radar (SAR) systems which operate with a high signal bandwidth and/or large antenna beamwidths. A simple and effective approach is proposed to take into account the range migration that occurs between the different receive channels. The reconstruction performance of this approach is demonstrated for an exemplary HRWS SAR system.
