Abstract:
In this work we present a method for the multi-input distortion analysis of nonlinear integrated circuits. For this purpose we adopt the method of series reversion to obtain an approximative solution of the network equations arising by means of the modified nodal analysis. The proposed method determines a series expansion of the output signal in terms of the nominal input signal and a distortion signal at an arbitrary input port. From this expansion it is possible to calculate analytical expressions of the spectral components arising from intermodulations between both inputs.
