Abstract:
This article aims to present two relevant examples of putting RFID technology into industrial practice: At first, the results of the research project "IdentProLog", which deals with the development and evaluation of RFID in ground conveyors, are presented. After that, general difficulties in selecting RFID equipment for material handling processes are discussed.
