Abstract:
Compressed sensing (also known as Compressive sampling) is a new mathematical tool for data processing. This approach uses a priori knowledge on the sparsity of the data (in an arbitrary basis) for minimizing the necessary number of measurements. In this paper we introduce compressed sensing to the field of ground moving target indication and present first results using multichannel stripmap SAR-data. The approach is stable regarding noise and missing data.
