Abstract:
We experimentally demonstrate 160-Gbit/s PRBS data multiplexing with tunable rate and order using switchable optical delays and conversion/dispersion based tunable optical delay. Less than 9 dB penalty at 10-9 BER is observed after demultiplexing the 160-Gbit/s PRBS data to 40-Gbit/s.
