Abstract:
A novel region based SAR image co-registration method is proposed, which formulates the problems as an optimization with respect to co-registration and recognition simultaneously based on statistics. The experimental results on ERS1/2 SAR datasets and a series of simulated experiments demonstrate the robustness of the proposed approach with respect to the conventional tie-patch method.
